HGC Meal Plan for Lunch and Dinner
For lunch and dinner, the following items are recommended. You can try to mix them up a little, for instance, have grilled chicken with cucumbers for lunch then fish with asparagus for dinner.
100 grams (weighed raw) of any of the following meats, Beef, Chicken breast, Fresh white fish, Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, Veal.
Remove all fat before cooking (grill/boil). Chicken breast should be removed before cooking.
The food must be served with one of the following vegetables: Spinach, Chard, Chicory, Beet-greens, Green salad, Tomatoes, Celery, Fennel, Onions, Red Radishes, Cucumbers, Asparagus and Cabbage and any of the following fruits Apple, Orange, A handful of strawberries, Half a grapefruit.
HCG Diet Plan for Drinks and Seasonings
Tea, Coffee and Plain water are the recommended drinks to be consumed daily.
Two or more liters of water per day is recommended.
The following can be used for seasoning Salt, Pepper, Vinegar, Mustard Powder, Garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, etc. Note No oil, butter or dressing.

HCG Meal Plan for Personal Care
It is highly recommended that you use lipstick, powder, and lotions that are free of fatty substances.
Also take not of the following
Strictly adhere to the 500-calorie limit.
Two small apples are not an acceptable exchange for “1 apple.”
On rare occasions, you may have egg – boiled, poached or raw
Individuals who cannot have meat should eat one whole egg and three egg whites instead.
Cottage cheese made from skimmed milk (100 grams) can be used instead of meat from time to time.
